Trustee
Sian Brice
Sian feels very privileged to be a part of the Trustees Team. She is passionate about the positive effects sport can have both physically and mentally (and that this feels more important than ever at present).
From a child that enjoyed all sports to becoming an Olympian (Sydney 2000, GB triathlete) and then onto coaching, Sian has experienced all levels of sport. She feels strongly that grass-roots sport plays a huge role in personal and community well-being & development.
Away from sport, Sian has a Biochemistry degree, is a chartered accountant and now runs Beatbike - a company that coaches/facilitates/promotes women (mainly) in cycling.

Peter is a former pupil and now Governor at St Albans School. He is passionate about all sports with particular interest in rugby, having been a member of the Old Albanian Rugby Football Club for many years. He is well aware of the benefits of participation in sport at all levels and sees The 948 Sports Foundation as a brilliant way of enabling this.

She is the current Chair of OA Saints and is proud to provide a grassroots pathway for female players from juniors to the Championship and beyond.
Having relied on scholarship and UK Sport funding for support in her own sporting endeavours, Hannah feels strongly about the power of sport as a tool for social mobility and is passionate about the impact that sports participation can have on social and physical development.
Outside of rugby, Hannah held several roles in sport sponsorship prior to joining the Civil Service, where she now specialises in social security policy.

Trustee
Rob Hardwick
In Rugby Union, Rob played, coached, and served on Club and County Committees for far too long! He dabbled in football and was a keen social cricketer.
Working for the County Sports Partnership provided Rob with additional insight, all of which is useful when looking at funding applications to the 948 Sports Foundation.

Rick became Treasurer of The 948 Sports Foundation in November 2024.
Rick was a Coach of the OA Mini and Junior Coaches for 10 years and Treasurer for 7 years. He followed this up with an 8 year stint as, Treasurer of the OA Rugby Senior Club.
